I am a social scientist with keen interest on diet and health. Since working at the UEA, I have worked on several projects in health-related areas. My PhDÂ award was for qualitative research on the psychological factors on fruit and vegetable consumption in young men (18-24). I like to explore new research methods and incorporate these with established qualitative and quantitative methods. I am a Graduate member of the British Psychological Society and the Health Psychology Division and a member of the Nutrition Society.
